1、書面通知注意要點

(1)書面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT標(biāo)志。

(2)在正文最后的右下角要寫上發(fā)通知的單位或組織者的姓名。

(3)在左下角寫上發(fā)出通知的日期。

(4)書面通知常用的開頭語有：

All teachers and students will be required to…(全體師生務(wù)必要)

Notice is hereby given that…(茲通知)

Our school/The Student Union will/is going to hold…

A lecture will be given at 7:00 this evening in…

(5)書面通知常有的結(jié)束語有：

Everybody is expected to attend it.

Be sure to attend it on time.

Please/Do be present on time.

2、書面通知示范

請根據(jù)提示寫一份通知。

(1)10班在本周五晚上要開個英語晚會。

(2)晚飯后6:30在教室集合,晚會7:00開始。

(3)每個同學(xué)都要表演一個節(jié)目，內(nèi)容不限。

(4)歡迎老師和全班同學(xué)參加。

NOTICE
