表示材料的介詞 1.of 成品與原材料的性質不發(fā)生變化(可以判斷出原材料的) Made of 由…制成（要用 make 的過去式 made） The table is made of wood.這張桌子是木材做的。 His house is built of stone.他的房子是用石頭建成的。 This woody work is made of wood.這個木制的作品是用木頭做的。

2.from 成品與原材料的性質發(fā)生變化 Made from 由…制成 The perfume is made from flower. 香水由花制成的。 Beer is made from barley.啤酒是大麥釀成的。 Steel is made from iron.鋼是由鐵煉成的。

3.in 與詞搭配使用，表示用什么材料。 Don’t writer a letter in red ink.不要用紅墨水寫信。 That is a statue in marble（大理石）.那是一座大理石石像。 This is a book bound in leather.這是一本皮面精裝書。
